A status probe reaches a mirror over its own Tor circuit. Yours is different, built from different relays, and any one of them can be the reason a page will not open. That is why a page saying the platform is up is not a promise that it is up for you. The honest reading is that at least one route to the service is working, which tells you the service exists and the problem is findable.
Open any other onion service you know. If that also fails, the fault is on your side and a full restart of Tor Browser clears most of it. If other onions work and this one does not, try the next mirror before concluding anything, because a single unlucky relay in your path accounts for a large share of what people report as outages.
